interior design
From concept to completion. Includes on-site measuring, electronic design boards, possible architectural elements, renovation(s), research, sourcing, shopping, purchasing, delivery & project management, and final styling. You MUST be interested in taking design risks, and moving outside your comfort zone. Designer time is billed hourly ($185 per hour) + design board pricing per room ($1600 per room full room design board). Retainer required. Sub contractors, design assistants, and travel & accommodation fees are additional. Trade discounts and a 35% commission fee are applied where applicable with Purchase Management Fee. This is a multi-part-payment-process: Design Boards + onsite appointments + retainer for goods + Project Management + Purchase Management + final install and styling with the CJD Team and commission. “Good design, and the good vibes it brings with it, shouldn’t be the privilege of the few, but accessible for all.” Cira’s forte. Yes. ONE day! Cira, with one assistant, an arsenal of tools, and creativity. You give carte blanche to use whatever you have in your place (attics, basements, garages, closets, cabinets, et cetera). Your very own things are then composed for a cohesive look while you are out and about for the day. Furniture is moved about, art is hung, and vibes are changed. It's like putting all the pieces of you together to make a completed puzzle, and you come home to a “ta-da moment!” Usually works out to 3-4 completed rooms depending on size and scope of work. Great for those who have just moved in, or just need to move-up in the world! Invite your friends over for a party when it’s done, or no longer feel embarrassed to have your new crush come over! Eight hours on site. Travel & Accommodation fees may be additional. $2000

One hour staging consultation for home owner's that are serious about selling their property fast. You take notes while receiving expert advice on what to do to get your home in tip-top shape for the marketplace! From the styling and cosmetic direction, to the critical stuff and repair issues, you’re given property-specific-guidance paired with industry standards, so that you may implement the advice on your own. Implementation of advice results in a better photo/online presence, and more buyer traffic than your competition. *Follow-up standard checklist emailed to you with invoice. Small investment — HUGE impact! Appointments may be scheduled with any one of our trained team members. $250/hr bookings with Cira, or $150/hr bookings with Taylor, Megan, or Julia. Travel fee(s) may apply.
DESIGN FOR ALL! (DESIGN BOARDS + PURCHASE MANAGEMENT + INSTALLATION/STYLING)
Lost on what to buy for that room you want to re-do? Let's chat! Our most popular service is a creative-design-piece paired with purchase management and installation. “Design For All” is a great service for our clients both near and far! After Cira processes what you are trying to achieve, you will receive a complete Design Board(s) with trade prices and linked sources right to your inbox. Unlike other design boards, these are curated from multiple online sources, not just one store, and take great care and time to cultivate Cira’s unique vision for you. You let go, and give carte blanche to go beyond your aesthetic expectations! You MUST be comfortable in taking design risks, and step outside your comfort zone. Designs are mindfully curated with your aesthetic, that of Cira’s, the architectural style of your residence, and your regional location, in mind. Design Boards do not include elevations, floor plans, or hand-drawn renderings. These can be provided for an additional fee. Design Boards provide a way for YOU to project manage site evolution, while we handle the Purchase Management. Cira and her team will then come to install, arrange, and hang art once the curated pieces are on-site, and any other relevant layers we have designed (such as painting, lighting, and/or remodeling) have been completed. Travel and accommodation fees may apply. Design Boards are curated for $1600 per each full room designed by Cira Raab, ***$850ea. for rooms designed by Julia Kennedy, Megan Neff or Taylor Reber***.
Additional installation fees are hourly and vary per the size of the team for your install day ($260/team of 2 for small projects, up to $635/hr for a team of 7 in full-large-scale-homes). On-site consultations and change requests will be billed hourly. Purchase Management is offered for a $250 flat fee (up to 3 Design Boards) which includes access to our Trade Discounts and ordering for you, a detailed spreadsheet, shipping & return coordination—and a whole lotta stress reduction! Trade discounts are applied where applicable with an applied 35% commission. Contact us for a custom quote and Terms & Conditions. Need a hand-drawn-sketch? Or a to-scale-elevation? How about a CAD design? We can do that for you to help you see into your design future. This service may be booked with Cira, Megan, or Julia and starts at $185+ per room.
Personal Shopping & selection boards
Not quite sure which items to buy to style your space and pull it all together? We will do the shopping for you. Vintage, consignment, yard sales, retail…
All on foot. Our personal shopping will help you achieve the look you want in your home. This option can be added to any one of our other services. We plan the shopping day based on your time frame, style, and decor allowance. You fully trust us to do the rest! Full 8-hour days start at $1800 and can be pro-rated (this does not include a shopping allowance; or possible travel fees outside of 19382). Cira and another CJD team member will divide, conquer, and deliver your new finds to your door!

Staging
Ready to sell your home? Does it look photo-ready? Most people house shop online first! Set yourself apart from the competition. Staging gets you sold for faster and more money at the closing table, than foregoing it. We have a proven track record of success. Furniture Rentals are available upon request. Styling/Staging for currently occupied homes (using existing pieces on-site) start at $260 per hour (for a team of two). The size of the team needed for your project will increase the hourly rate. Furniture & Accessory Rentals are an additional $100-$700 per room. On average, staging for empty homes is roughly 1% of the listing price when invoiced. Please contact us for a custom quote for your property. One-hour “Walk-n'-Talk’s” are also available and are listed above.
DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
Doing a renovation and need some help picking out paint colors? Or tile? Or lighting? Or just need some design or styling direction and advice for your space(s)? Cira’s got you. Pick her brain for $100 per half hour or $185 per hour, or send her to someone who needs the advice (gift cards available). Virtual or in-home appointments are offered. Meet with Julia, Megan, or Taylor for $100/hr.
Destination design
Cira, with the addition of two or more CJD Team Members, an arsenal of tools, and decades of creativity will mindfully curate a refreshed narrative that blends your aesthetic, with that of Cira’s, the architectural style of your residence, and your regional location, in mind. You must be comfortable taking design risks and giving the CJD Team carte blanche to use whatever you have in your home (attics, basements, garages, closets, cabinets, et cetera). Any initial design elements can be implemented remotely if we need large-scale items like sofas, et al, before we arrive at your property. Your very own things are then composed with fresh pieces for a cohesive look while you are off-location for a few days and we stay on site. Furniture is moved about, art is hung, and vibes are changed. We will shop locally for you while staying at your property: from vintage to new items, we mix and match a variety of price points. Every room in the residence is considered and styled! This is an excellent service for those who have just moved in, or are just in need of an emotional upgrade in their surroundings of their Primary Residence or Vacation Properties. Investment level begins at 9k for goods, team hours, potential subcontractors (“light-work”), and travel fees. A 35% commission on Trade Discounts is applied where applicable.
