FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
We create a collective vision. Then we handle the skillion decisions between the first idea and the outcome.
Created for busy professionals who want an exceptional home without acquiring a second job, our most comprehensive service carries your project from concept through completion. CJD leads the creative direction and manages the design-side details, including space planning, renovation guidance, finish and furnishing selections, sourcing, purchasing, delivery coordination, installation and final styling.
You remain involved in the decisions that matter, while we handle the research, logistics and less glamorous particulars behind them. Every project is shaped by your life, architecture and personal history, then filtered through Cira’s distinctive point of view.
Full-service design is best suited to clients who trust the creative process, value thoughtful originality and are willing to venture beyond the expected. The result is deeply personal, carefully considered and fully realized, without requiring you to manage every moving part.
Designer time: $185 per hour
Design boards: $1,650 per full room
Overall project investment: Beginning at $40,000
A retainer is required, with fees billed in phases as the project progresses. Purchasing management, applicable commissions, subcontractors, design assistants, delivery, installation, travel and accommodation are additional. Trade pricing is applied where available, subject to CJD’s purchasing terms and 35% commission.

CURATED ROOM DESIGN
Design Boards + Purchase Management + Installation
CJD’s creative vision, structured for a more approachable investment.
After learning your taste, architecture and goals, Cira creates a comprehensive digital design board for each room. Selections are sourced from a considered mix of trade vendors, independent makers, trusted retailers and online vintage or secondhand sources. Locally sourced pieces may require the client to purchase and collect them directly.
Each design balances your aesthetic with Cira’s creative perspective, bringing together thoughtful choices, unexpected combinations and a gentle push beyond the predictable. Boards include furnishings, lighting, rugs, art, accessories and linked sources. Floor plans, elevations and custom renderings may be added for an additional fee.
You oversee any construction or contractor work, while CJD can manage ordering, tracking, shipping coordination and returns. Once everything has arrived, Cira and her team install, arrange, hang and layer the space as designed.
Design boards: $1,650 per full room, prorated when appropriate
Purchase management: $250 administrative fee for up to three boards, plus a 35% commission on applicable purchases
Installation and styling: Hourly according to team and project size, from $260 per hour for two team members to $635 per hour for seven
Minimum overall project investment: Beginning at $15,000

DESIGN in A DAY
Sometimes you don’t need more things. You need a fresh eye on the things you already own.
In one focused eight-hour day, Cira and one design assistant reimagine your home using what is already hiding in plain sight, or tucked away in attics, basements, closets, cabinets and garages. You give us carte blanche, head out for the day, and return to rooms that feel more cohesive, personal and complete.
Furniture is reconsidered. Art is rehung. Forgotten pieces find their purpose. The individual parts of your story are composed into a home that finally makes sense, followed by the very satisfying reveal.
Depending on the size of the rooms and scope of work, a typical Design in a Day transforms approximately three to four spaces. It is ideal for clients who have recently moved, feel stuck with what they own, or simply know their home could be better but cannot see how to get it there.
Investment: $2,000
Includes Cira, one design assistant and up to eight hours on site. Travel and accommodation fees may apply. Personal shopping may be added by request.
DESTINATION HOME TRANSFORMATION

Created for vacation homes, secondary residences and unusual spaces that need CJD’s particular brand of vision, this immersive service transforms an entire property while you are away.
Cira and a team of two or more arrive with the tools, creative direction and freedom to reconsider every room. With your carte blanche, we explore what is already hiding in closets, cabinets, attics and garages, then combine those pieces with thoughtfully sourced additions. Furniture is repositioned, art is rehung, neglected corners find their purpose and the home begins to tell a more cohesive story.
The team stays on location for several days, sourcing locally and remotely from a characterful mix of vintage finds, independent makers and new furnishings at varying price points. Light trade work may also be coordinated when needed. Every room is considered, composed and styled in response to your taste, the architecture and the personality of the location.
This experience is ideal for clients who have recently purchased a second home, inherited a furnished property or simply want their surroundings to feel entirely different without overseeing the transformation themselves. All we require is trust, creative freedom and the keys.
Overall project investment: Beginning at $11,000
Investment may include furnishings, team hours, light subcontractor work and travel, depending on the project scope. A retainer is required, with payments made in phases. Travel, accommodation and CJD’s 35% commission on applicable purchases are incorporated into the custom proposal.

THE SOURCING EDIT
Shopping isn’t the job. Editing is.
We seek out the pieces that give a home personality and permanence, whether that means a sculptural vintage chair, an odd little flea-market lamp or the right sofa from a trusted trade vendor. The value is not simply knowing where to shop. It is having the eye to recognize what belongs, what does not and what makes the entire room more interesting.
Before the shopping day, we establish your priorities, style, timeline and purchasing allowance. You then give Cira and one CJD team member the creative freedom to divide, conquer and source on your behalf. We shop across a thoughtful mix of vintage dealers, local stores, independent makers and trusted vendors, then bring the collected finds to your door.
This service is ideal for clients who do not need a complete room redesign but want CJD’s eye, resources and ability to find the pieces they would never have discovered on their own.
Full eight-hour sourcing day: Beginning at $1,800
Shopping days may be prorated for smaller projects. Merchandise and travel outside the 19382 area are additional.
For a smaller, highly focused need, Selection Boards are available at $250 each and include six linked options delivered digitally. Selection Boards address one to three specific product categories and are not intended as full-room design plans.
DESIGN-LED HOME STAGING
Before buyers walk through the door, they have already met the house online.
Successful staging is not about making a home generic. It is about editing its story so buyers immediately understand the architecture, scale and possibility of each space.
CJD combines interior design, visual storytelling and real-estate strategy to determine what should stay, go, move or be added. Occupied homes are thoughtfully edited, while vacant properties are furnished and styled to create warmth, proportion and an emotional connection in photographs and in person.
Staging is a sales strategy, not a personal interior-design service. CJD maintains creative discretion over furnishings and styling selections based on the property, target buyer, available inventory and marketability. This freedom allows us to work efficiently and present the home as effectively as possible.
Occupied-home staging: Beginning at $3,500
Vacant-home staging: Typically approximately 1% of the listing price

Created for homeowners preparing to sell, this focused consultation identifies the changes most likely to improve how your property photographs, shows and competes in the marketplace.
Cira evaluates the home through the combined lens of staging, interior design and real-estate strategy. Recommendations may include editing and styling, furniture placement, paint and cosmetic updates, repairs, maintenance concerns and the details buyers are likely to notice.
You receive property-specific direction, prioritized so you know what deserves your time and investment before listing. A standard preparation checklist and Cira’s personalized notes are emailed after the appointment for you to implement independently.
