DESIGN-LED REAL ESTATE

See what a property is. Understand what it could become.

Design, staging and real estate are not separate lanes in my work. Each sharpens the others, creating a more thoughtful and strategic experience from the first showing through the final decision.

For sellers, I view a property through a buyer’s eyes before it reaches the market. Together, we identify which repairs, design updates and staging decisions will strengthen its presentation, where an investment may add value and where spending simply will not earn its keep.

For buyers, I look beyond finishes and furnishings to evaluate layout, architecture, renovation potential and long-term livability. I can help distinguish a cosmetic problem from an expensive one, envision possibilities that may not be immediately obvious and consider how today’s decisions may affect future value.

After working as an interior designer since 2008 and spending more than a decade preparing homes for market, earning my real estate license was a natural extension of what I was already doing: walking through properties, analyzing their potential and helping clients imagine what could be restored, improved or entirely reconsidered.

The result is one integrated point of view across buying, selling, staging and design, with fewer handoffs and a clearer strategy from the beginning.

I am a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent, a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and part of the West Chester VRA Team.
